To Terry's Family - We did not know Terry before 2016 so can only speak from then on.
People in wheel chairs can't walk off their frustrations so need to verbally vent and it's not always nice, BUT Terry was still a pleasure to know. He was kind to our dad (Ralph Crawford). They complained together, analyzed life, found something to laugh about, and of course smoked. Both were dealt a pretty raw deal and had to make the best of it.
Everyone who went to visit my dad, also enjoyed a little visit with your dad.
The last 2 weeks were hard because no one tells you how serious things are. He had told us of his cancer journey before and we assumed this was related. We always checked in on him but never woke him because he didn't look like he was in pain and we didn't want to cause any.
We made a donation to the Athabasca Healthcare Centre Auxiliary in his memory so his name will go up on the Donor Board at the Hospital. He needs to be remembered.
We are so sorry, and are feeling the loss. We miss him.
