I first met Al some 55 years ago. In all those years I have always known him to be a kind, sincere, honest and humble man. Al accepted everyone for who they were without judgement. He loved and cherished his wife Brenda and his family above all else and did whatever it took to support and keep them through good times and bad. His world revolved around them. He was extremely proud of his family, children and step-children and treated them all equally and fairly. He asked for very little and gave all he had. I am privileged to have known him. If the best of us become Angels then Al has gotten his wings.
