Alma Cross Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Alma Cross on December 13th, 2024 at the age of 82. Alma was born July 9th, 1942 in Deer Lake, Newfoundland.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory children Lorelei (Monty) & Randy; daughters in law Thrifena and Crystal; her adored grandchildren Mike (Amy), Rebecca, Sarah, Jessica (Jason), Douglas & Nicholas, Theoren (Sara), Jeremy (Kara), & Michael (Jessica); her very treasured great grandchildren, Evan & Noah, Dailynn, Almalee, Charlie, Dawson, Brea, Noah Dean, Indie Rose, Octavia, Athena, Aliyah & Zane; and siblings Rick (Joanne), Jeanie, Motie (Ben), Winston (Geraldine), & Ford (Faye). She also leaves to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and friends as well as her beloved furbaby Buddy.
Alma is predeceased by her husband Marvey Cross, children Tony, Douglas, and Derrick, parents Aubrey and Bonnie Janes, and siblings Wesley and Maxine,
Alma will always be remembered by those who loved her as kind, caring, faithful, supportive, hardworking and someone who greatly treasured her family above all else.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday December 20th at 11:00am at the All Saints Anglican Church in Athabasca, Alberta. Rev Terry Francis officiating. Luncheon and fellowship to follow in the church basement.
