Bonnie Duncan Obituary

Bonnie Duncan lived the kind of life that made people feel at home. Born on May 17, 1962, she embraced every season of life with an adventurous spirit, an open heart, and a smile that invited everyone in. She passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, surrounded by her family, leaving behind a legacy of love that will continue through the countless lives she touched.

Although her family grieves her absence, they also rejoice in the beautiful life she lived and the memories she leaves with them. She had a way of turning ordinary moments into lasting memories.  Her contagiously upbeat spirit, infectious warmth, and unwavering love will continue to inspire those who were blessed to know her.

Bonnie is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Peter Duncan; their children, Mike Duncan and wife, Carrie (Lucas, Jake, Hailey, and Steele), Jodi Paulgaard and husband, Ryan (Karley and Carson), Donny Duncan and wife, Krista (Graison and Gage), Lyndsey Bacon and husband, Bryan (Tye and Stetson), Mandy Kreiser and partner Chaston, Lee Kreiser, and Scott Kay and wife, Vyktoria (Scotty and Murphy); her beloved parents, Doug and Vera Brown; her brother, Murray Brown and wife, Donna and family; her sister, Colleen Prefontaine and husband, Bernie and family; she was predeceased by her oldest brother, Dwight Brown, and is lovingly remembered by his wife, Terry, and family; along with many treasured aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by knowing her.

A Celebration Of Life will be held at a later date for Bonnie’s close family.

Bonnie’s greatest legacy lives on in the enduring love she shared with her beloved husband, Peter, the family she cherished so deeply, and the countless acts of kindness she inspired. While our hearts ache in her absence, we hold on the words she told us all, “Until we meet again.”
