Donald Carswell Obituary
It is with Deep and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Carswell. Don passed away peacefully at the Grey Nuns Hospital on Feb 27th after a brief illness.
Don was predeased by his parents: Ernest and Nellie Carswell; brothers: Eugene (Lou) Carswell and Robert Carswell; as well as sister: Audrey McCrae.
He is survived by his sister: Norma Woodcock; as well as several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
He was a Marshall at the Athabasca Fox Den golf course for many years. He enjoyed playing in the seniors (“geezers”) league. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
