Harry Yurdiga Obituary
On August 25, 2025, Mr. Harry Yurdiga of Grassland, Alberta, passed away at the age of 80 years old. He was born on October 30, 1944 in Grassland, to Sam and Mary Yurdiga.
Harry is survived by his devoted wife Kathy Yurdiga; his five children, Erika (Robert) Pinsent, Venessa Yurdiga, Harry Yurdiga, Zak (Teaya) Yurdiga, Travis Yurdiga; and four grandchildren, Sophia, Chloe, Issac, and Maverick. He was also survived by his sister Diana (Orest) Petrowsky. Harry was predeceased by numerous brothers and sisters.
Harry was a tremendously hard worker and dedicated much of his working years to the Village of Boyle. When he wasn't working or tinkering around the farm, he was a fun-loving, big kid who loved his children.
While our relationship grew complicated, his passing marks the closing of a chapter in our family’s story and we are saddened by the news. Harry's life was uniquely his own, and we acknowledge it with respect.
