Bigstone, Joseph Denis (known as Denny to many who knew him)
With deep sorrow and loss, our family announces the passing of our brother, uncle, cousin, and friend Joseph Denis Bigstone, on November 13, 2024 at the age of 82.
Denny is survived by his younger brother, cousins, nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews.
Denny was predeceased by his parents and older siblings.
A wake will take place on November 28 at 2:00 p.m. at the Calling Lake Community Complex with a person officiating TBA.
Funeral service will also be held November 29, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Calling Lake Community Complex with interment at the Calling Lake Cemetery.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Denny’s doctor, nurses in charge, and necessary staff at the Athabasca Healthcare Centre-Continuing Care Services for their support during his stay.
