Madelyn Isabelle Cyr

Whether you knew her as sissy, muffy, monkey girl, little mama, Mady Belle,  Mady or Madelyn, you knew that she brightened your day just being around her. She made new friends wherever she went and touched hearts constantly. Madelyn was quick with a smile and giggle but also quick with some side eye when she had something to say. Madelyn loved music, and especially loved when her brother would turn up the bass when mom wasn’t around. She had Taylor Swift lunch parties with her friends and school and had so many friends helping her with whatever she needed.

Madelyn is her Mama and Daddy’s whole world and the best little sister to her adoring big brothers. Madelyn was our families glue and taught us and the world so many things.

Madelyn leaves to think about and love her forever, Mama (Kathryn) and Daddy (Claude) and the best big brothers a girl could ever wish for, Noah and Joe.
Madelyn also leaves so many aunts, uncles and cousins and Nana (Margaret Hoskins). Madelyn also leaves behind her very special friend, Heather Gulka. She was predeceased by her Memere and Pepere, Claude Sr. And Sylvia Cyr.

The family would like to thank everyone who has been in Madelyn’s life and made it better. Very special thank you to the EMT and Fire crew who tried everything to keep our baby girl here. And to Dallas Martin for all the compassion she showed us that morning. Thank you to Dr. Ade for his care that evening.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church.

Anyone who wishes to make a memorial donation in Madelyn's name can do so to the Stollery Children's Hospital.
