Mary Adamkewicz Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Adamkewicz announces her passing on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the age of 93. Mary married the love of her life John and they lived on the farm in New Pine Creek until 1982. They sold the farm and moved into the Town of Athabasca, where she resided until her passing. Mary was extremely healthy and lived a good life. She was very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends.
Mary is survived by her children: Mary Anne (Peter), Dennis (Maureen), and Brian (Suzanne); sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren; her sisters: Sophie and Katie; sister-in-law Betty; special friend Jean, and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was predeceased by her loving husband John; her parents Peter and Victoria; her sister Steffi; her brothers Ted, Stan, Walter, Joe, and Ed.
A service will be taking place on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel’s Roman Catholic Church with Father Paulson officiating. Interment to follow at New Pine Creek Cemetery.
