Michel "Mike" Grenier Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Michel "Mike" Grenier on May 26, 2025, at the age of 46.
Mike will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Tammy; his children, Ben and Amelia; his parents, Archie and Hilda (Dupuis) Grenier; his brothers, Art (Penny) and Paul (Kristin); and his nieces and nephews, Craig, Kelly, Camden, and Katelyn. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Annette (Gervais) Dupuis, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Mike dedicated his career to his work as a Fiberline Operator at Alpac and devoted his life to his family. He found great joy in watching his son play hockey and supporting his daughter’s passion for dance. He will be remembered for his sense of humour, his love of family, sports and all of his animals.
A private burial will take place at a later date on the family farm in northern Alberta, in accordance with Mike’s wishes.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the University of Alberta Hospital, in honour of Mike's memory.
