Phyllis Korolak Obituary
On January 7, 2026, Mrs. Phyllis Korolak of Athabasca passed away at the age of 97 years.
Survived by her 2 sons Dave (Wendy) and Duane Korolak; 3 daughters Shirley Korolak, Irene Shostak, Marlene Korolak (Robert Mooney); 6 grandchildren, Roanna, Jillian, Ryan, Tina, Nash, and Kieran; 4 great-grandchildren, James, Conner, Thomas, and Katie, numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband William, son Danny, and sister Mary.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday January 14, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Athabasca Ukrainian Catholic Church, Father Mark Sych officiating, with interment to follow at the Richmond Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Athabasca Healthcare Centre Auxiliary Association.
