It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Rose Gauthier on April 28, 2023, at the age of 92 years. She passed peacefully with family by her side.
Born in Frains, Alberta in 1930, Rose was most passionate about her family, her faith and her farm. Rose is survived by her sister, Avita Kilar; brothers-in-law Lyle Lavender and Eugene Dobransky; her children, Louella (Dale) Meyers, Dan (Liza) Gauthier, Gerard Gauthier, Lucille Dery and Ray (Chris) Gauthier; her grandchildren, Scott, Ryan, Danielle, Jarrett, Lindsey, Bradley, Christopher, Jacqueline, Logan and Sydney; her great-grand children, Linnea and Britta; her adopted children, Lawrence, Kirby and Colleen. She was predeceased by 6 of her beloved siblings; her husband of 55 years, Phillip Gauthier; her daughter, Lucille Mary; and son-in-law, Albert Dery.
Mass of Christian burial will take place at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2023, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Parish, Boyle.
