On April 26, 2025, Vicki Makin of Athabasca, Alberta gained her wings at the young age of 37. She was born July 2, 1987, in Todmorden, England.
Vicki will be remembered by her two children, Landen Makin & Lillian Makin, her parents Peter Makin, Sheena Makin (Bruce Katona), 3 sisters, Kelly Makin (Rory Langevin), Leanne Staszewski (Darcy Staszewski), and Tiffany Ly (Allan Ly). Nieces, and many nephews who loved her dearly.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope Mission in Edmonton, Alberta.
