Wesley William Rusnak
Obituary
Wes was born March 28, 1956 to Steve and Mary Rusnak. Sadly, Wes lost his long battle with cancer on May 25, 2023 with his loving companion Debbie Doole by his side. All of Debbie’s family welcomed Wes into their hearts and will miss him. He was immediately part of the family and the kids will miss Grandpa Wes.
Since Wes’s retirement, he divided his time between his fight for health, working on old cars, spending time with Debbie, volunteering, The Athabasca Cruisers Car Club, The Lions Club, and playing his Dulcimer at jam sessions.
Wes wanted to make sure the people in his life knew how important they were to him and to thank everyone who was there for him and helped him through this journey. A special thank you to Road to Hope.
