Athabasca Community Chapel is a single funeral home on 48 Avenue, with a chapel for services, private rooms for making arrangements and for choosing a casket or urn, and an on-site crematorium. Everything happens under one roof, so your family is never sent across town and your loved one never leaves our care.

Caskets and urns are here to be seen in person rather than chosen from a catalogue. Look on your own, or have someone walk you through the options and what each one costs.
The chapel
Our chapel holds funeral services, memorials and celebrations of life — from a full service to a small gathering of close family.
On-site crematorium
Completed in the autumn of 2016. Because it is on the same site, your loved one stays in our care throughout and is never transferred to a facility in another city.
