Alma Gislason
1919-2018
On April 17, 2018, Alma Mary Gislason of Athabasca, passed away at the age of 98 years.
Alma’s love of God & her family, along with her friendly nature had a positive effect on all she touched.
Alma is survived by her children; Marg Liknes, Frank (Karen) Gislason, and Corinne (Gary) Marriott), her siblings; Lloyd (Sharon) Schmelzle, Gladys (Dick) Steine and Eileen Schmelzle, 9 Grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews & cousins.
Alma was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, her parents, 1 son, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the All Saint’s Anglican Church with Pastor Christabel Lines officiating.
