Doreen Katherine Lawrence
On Saturday, October 7, 2017, Mrs. Doreen Lawrence of Barrhead passed away at the age of 84 years.
Doreen is survived by her loving daughter Kathy (Dave), loving grand daughter Carly, 2 sisters; Anne (Bert) Gagne, Sylvia (Warren) Studley, 2 brothers; Jack (Marlene) Stromquist, Gordon Stromquist, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
She was predeceased by her husband Milton, sister Clara Bryce and her parents Vivian & Charles Stromquist.
A Celebration of Doreen’s life will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church, Barrhead, Alberta. Vicer Erik Osness and Pastor Kevin Ree officiating. Interment of urn to follow in St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
