Surrounded by her loving family, Jean Munstermann passed away peacefully on February 7, 2018 at the age of 74 years.
Jean was born on June 1, 1943 in Moncton New Brunswick and was predeceased by her parents, Stanley, and Dorothy Thornton. Jean leaves to mourn her husband Gary, her sons Brian (Yvonne), Doug (Christina), Rob (Wendy), her daughter Deanna (Leonard), her grandchildren Damiana, Travis, Dane (Monique), Davin, Kylee (Ryan), Stephanie (Kyle), Ryan, Jazdyne (Alex), Dustin (Lisa), Raylee (Mike), Sarah (Jack), Daniel , Catherine , Tanika, Jennifer, her great grand children Logan, Tegan, Nicholas, Atticus, Avery, Jiraiya, Gemma, Asher. Besides being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, Jean drove school bus in the Rochester area for 22 years and will be fondly remembered by many of the children she impacted in those years with her caring and compassionate nature.
Funeral services were held at the Rochester Community Hall on January 12, 2018.
Those who wish, memorial donations may be made in Jean’s name to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation or Canadian Blood Services.
