It is with sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of George Fleming of Grassland on February 16, 2024.
George is survived by his loving wife Anne, children Garry, Wanda (Barry), Warren (Yvonne), Donna (Kevan), his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, siblings and many special family members and friends.
Special thanks to Dr. Klopper and the staff of the Athabasca Hospital for their kindness and care shown to George and his family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Grassland Hall on March 3, 2024 at 11 a.m.
George was a long time supporter of the Atmore Hoof-a-thon which raises funds for the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute and if desired a donation can be made in his memory or to a charity of your choice.
