It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob (Jake) Chernish on September 5, 2022 after a difficult battle with cancer.
Jake is survived by his sisters: Carollyne Robertson, Jean Chernish (Calvin Gill), and Suzanne Dorosiewicz (John); his children: Stephanie Chernish and Jessie Jones; and grandchildren: Elizabeth, Ben, and Ryker.
Jake was predeceased by his parents, Max and Levina; and his brothers, Mert and George.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
