Kathy Preston
1965-2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kathy Grace Preston, on August 21, 2018, after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. Kathy was born on July 10, 1965 in Barrie, Ontario.
She is survived by her husband Scott Preston, children; Michael (Lael) Preston and Ashley (Ryan) Berger, grandchildren; Xavier, Gaige, Porsha, Carly, Annie, Alex, Sam and Max, siblings; John (Tilda) Jones, Bill (Verna Corrigan) Jones, Tammy (Rob Melnyk) Jones as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and adopted family members over the years.
Kathy was predeceased by her parents Garfield and Wyonna Jones.
Kathy had a way with people, leaving lasting memories on their hearts. We will never forget her unconditional love, support, strength and courage throughout her life.
A Celebration of Kathy’s life will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Athabasca Agri-plex.
