It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mathilda Logan on October 15, 2026, at the age of 91.
Mathilda Logan is lovingly remembered by her daughters Judy, Donna. Grand daughters Cheri (Kenny), Tanya, Reanna, Jaselyn, Michelle (Glen), Alex, Maritza (James). Great grandchildren Braiden, Tyler (Stacey), Taylor (DJ), Kiarra, Brooke, Ivory, Tanner, Raini, Logan, Aspen (Veronica), Bethany, Elizabeth, Ayanna, Seth, Remi, Bella, Liam. Great grandchildren Emerie, Evienne, Silas, Blakely, Kinsley, Lydia.
Pre-Deceased by Alec Logan (of 45 years married), Walter Beaver (of 23 years together).
There will be a wake on Wednesday October 21, 2026, starting at 1pm at Calling Lake Community Complex. Funeral Services on Thursday October 22, 2026, at 2pm at Calling Lake Community Complex.
Cremation to be taken place following the service.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the hospital in Athabasca and Aspen Health Services Palliative Home Care team for the kindness, support and care shown to Mathilda Logan during her illness.
