It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mike Kamelchuk of Prosperity, Alberta, share his passing on July 25, 2022, at the age of 85 years.
Left to miss his glowing smile and his bright blue eyes are his wife Florence of 57 years; daughters: Carole (Karl) Zachkewich, Gloria (Webb) Dussome, Angela (Curtis) Sikora; sons: Michael, David (Janet) and Daniel (Sarah) Kamelchuk; his treasured grandchildren: Sarah, Matthew, Mark, Emma, Tanner, Zachary, Avery, Delaney, Byron and Hudson; and an endless network of friends and extended family.
Mike will be remembered for his willingness to lend a helping hand, his contagious laugh and his love of farming and family.
A funeral service will be held on July 29th, 2022 at 11:00am with a viewing at 10:00am at the Athabasca Evangelical Missionary Church in Athabasca, Alberta. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Athabasca Auxiliary Hospital.
