Nick Loziak
1942-2018
Mr. Nick Loziak passed away at the Athabasca Extendicare on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at the age of 75 years. He was born on December 24, 1942.
He is survived by his children; David and Nicole, brothers; Paul and Peter, sisters; Cassie, Nancy, Emily and Annie.
Nick was predeceased by his sister Helen in 2017.
As per Nick’s wishes there will be no formal service at this time. A Family gathering at a later date will be held to lay him to rest.
