It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Timothy (Tim) Robert McKenna of Athabasca, AB on April 16, 2021. He passed peacefully while in the ICU of the Royal Alexandra Hospital after a short illness. He was 55 years old.
At the time of is death, Tim was currently employed by the RMWB as a manager of the water treatment plants. He will be missed by his wife, Margo, daughters: Jessica (Lee) and Sarah (Taylor), brother, Jerel (Donna) and their children Heather and Skyler, his sister, Lori and her daughter Janelle; brother-in-law, Les and Gary as well as numerous cousins, uncles, aunts and friends. Tim was predeceased by his parents Ken and Dorothy, his brother Duane, and brother-in- law Bruce.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at later. In lieu of Flowers, Donation maybe made to the Canada Liver Foundation(www.liver.ca), Athabasca United Church(www.athabascaunitedchurch.ca) or to a charity of your choice. Tim believed in giving back to the community.
